How To Synchronize Tracking Number to PayPal on Dianxiaomi ERP for WooCommerce

Dianxiaomi 作为为数不多的可以正常处理 WooCommerce 店铺订单的免费ERP,却不支持将物流单号同步到 PayPal 订单上,这对于一些使用 PayPal 付款的客户来说,是一个很大的不便,同时也增加了商家PayPal账号的风险。本文将介绍如何在 Dianxiaomi ERP 上实现 PayPal 订单物流单号同步,减少客户的不便。

Installation

  1. Purchase the plugin on MTools Online Store. We accept PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Payment.
  2. Download the plugin from MTools Online Store or the email you received after purchase.
  3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and select the plugin file you downloaded.
  4. Activate the plugin.

Configuration

  1. Create API credentials on PayPal. Please refer to this article for details.
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > PayPal Tracking.
  3. Fill in the Client ID and Secret you created on PayPal.
  4. Save the settings.

Usage

In Dianxiaomi ERP

  1. 订单 > 待打单中,选择需要发货的订单。
  2. 点击发货按钮。
  3. 店铺将会自动同步物流单号到PayPal,订单状态将会变为已发货

In-Store Order List

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Orders.
  2. Click Sychronize button on the top of the order list.
  3. The tracking number will be synchronized to PayPal.

Troubleshooting

Error: Invalid Client ID or Secret

Please check if you have entered the correct Client ID and Secret for the living environment.

Sychronize the button is not visible

Please check if you have enabled the plugin. If you have enabled the plugin, please check and click Screen Options on the top of the page and check if Sychronize is checked.

How to show the Carrier and Tracking Number in the Order List?

Please check if you have enabled the plugin. If you have enabled the plugin, please check and click Screen Options on the top of the page and check if Carrier and Tracking Number are checked.

How to synchronize the tracking number to PayPal for a single order?

Edit the order and click Sychronize the button on PayPal Tracking Meta Box on the right side of the page. If it’s not visible, please check if you have enabled the plugin. If you have enabled the plugin, please check and click Screen Options on the top of the page and check if PayPal Tracking is checked.

More Information

If the carrier is supported by PayPal, the tracking number will be synchronized to PayPal. If the carrier is not supported by PayPal, the tracking number will be synchronized to PayPal as a carrier named Other.
